Qualifications and registration

I’m Sarah, the physiotherapist behind Hill Green Physiotherapy, providing physiotherapy for horses, dogs, and humans across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

Originally from Buckinghamshire, I grew up surrounded by working dogs and spent much of my time riding and being involved in Pony Club. I continue to ride regularly and enjoy spending time with my own dogs and horse.

I trained as a physiotherapist at the University of Hertfordshire, before completing a Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Hartpury University.

As an ACPAT and RAMP-registered practitioner, I am trained to assess and treat both people and animals using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to support recovery, comfort, and performance.

I am also AACP-trained (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists), allowing acupuncture to be used as part of a physiotherapy treatment programme where clinically appropriate

Clinical Experience

Alongside my veterinary physiotherapy work, I have a strong background in human musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have worked within the NHS, completing a range of clinical rotations, where I developed experience across multiple areas of physiotherapy practice.

I have also worked as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within the Ministry of Defence, assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, and supporting rehabilitation for physically active populations

In addition to these roles, I have experience working in private practice, providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
