Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointment availability and fair scheduling for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings with Hill Green Physiotherapy.
 
Payment
Payment is required on the day of the appointment by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in advance. 
 
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. Cancellations should be made via email or phone.
 
This policy reflects the mobile nature of the service and the need to allocate travel time and appointment availability.
 
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If a significant delay occurs, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation. In such cases, the full appointment fee may still apply.
 
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Hill Green Physiotherapy, you agree to the above payment and cancellation terms and conditions.
